Al Seminario

"Al Seminario" is located right in the center of Tivoli, close to the pedestrian street but on a very quiet and peaceful street. We have a large terrace open to guests all day, where we serve breakfast in the morning and dinner as well. A truly unique and exclusive terrace. We have an agreement with a small facility nearby where guests can enjoy a sauna, try aerial yoga in a hammock, and receive massages from qualified staff. Massages can also be performed in the room with a dedicated massage table, with therapists certified in various types of massage: Decontracting, Swedish, Relaxing, Facial, Californian, Level 1 and 2 Foot Reflexology, and Massage Therapy. Villa Gregoriana is just a few steps away, and about 300 meters away are Villa D'Este, La Rocca Pia, and the Sanctuary of Hercules Victor. Villa Adriana is 4 kilometers away. Nearby are numerous bars, wine bars, restaurants, a quaint English pub, and four Michelin-starred restaurants, one of which holds a star. Numerous and frequent musical events are held throughout the city. Rome is 30 kilometers away and can be reached by bus every 20-30 minutes and by train every 30-60 minutes. The train station is about 500 meters away. A day ticket costs €9.50 and can be used to travel to Rome, up to Ostia, by bus or train, on the subway, and on Rome's city buses. The Acqua Albule thermal baths are about 8 km away and can also be reached by the same train that takes you to Rome. The rooms are all recently renovated, with private bathrooms, air conditioning, refrigerators, and hairdryers. An Italian breakfast is included in the price. Wi-Fi is available in every room. Prices for long-term stays are negotiable. Upon request, we have a studio apartment available in the countryside, 5 km from the city center. We do not have private parking, but there is a multi-story paid parking lot nearby. The cost is €1.20 for the first hour and €0.60 for subsequent hours. There are many free parking lots within a 300-400 meter radius.
